Our Retreat Center is known as Sacred Triage

Where are you located?

Sacred Triage is located in the Township of Tiny, Ontario at 20 Seneca Crescent.  We are located about 1.5 to 2 hours from north of Toronto.

Check in is at 5pm, not earlier.

Check out time is 12pm.

We have unpredictable months. It is recommended to bring layered comfortable clothing in case of sudden weather changes and comfortable walking shoes/boots. 

Here is a check list for you when you pack:

  • Directions to Sacred Triage
  • Charged cell phone with charger
  • Personal towels
  • Bed sheets with a blanket (or sleeping bag)
  • Personal toiletries, hairbrush, tooth brush/paste etc.
  • Change of clothing: t-shirts, hoodie sweater, pants, warm coat
  • Layered clothes
  • Cute Pj’s, ear plugs
  • Personal empty water bottle to carry on the excursions
  • Journal with pen (will be provided)
  • Slippers or indoor shoes
  • Extra shoes and socks, trails may be wet
  • Waterproof boots comfortable to explore the numerous trails
  • Wind breaker/jacket
  • Hat
  • Umbrella
  • Cash for spending at sight seeing
  • Camera/iphone pictures
  • An open and curious mind, ready and willing to enjoy every moment of it!

Spring – Fall

  • Mosquito repellent & sunscreen
  • Beach towel & bathing suit if planning to explore the nearby beaches

What to leave at home

  • Perfumes, we have essential oils and natural oil sprays to refresh the bathroom after use.
  • Work related things, ie, computers, agendas, any work related materials
  • All your worries and negative thoughts

E-transfer & major credit cards. Processing fees may apply.

In order to get the full weekend experience, all snacks and meals are provided by the need to find a healthy balance between body, mind and soul, following “Foods for the Soul Menus”, created and prepared by our in-house Chef.  Any food restrictions can be noted in our Retreat intake form.

There is central air conditioning and heating throughout.

Yes there is power.  There is a generator on the premises if the power should go off.

Yes there is a universal car charger on the premises.

Midland and Penetanguishene

Yes for basic use, such as phones and emails.  The password will be provided on check-in. 

One option is to rent a car if you have a driver’s license.  Depending where you live, you can car pool with others who are registered.
