Liliana and MG where do I even start! This retreat is the best I have ever experienced and it was full of love and caring. It was a perfect mix of education, fires, healing, sound and breath work. Delicious food that is 5 star to heal our bodies, rest, relaxation, sisterhood and authentic sharing. Thank you for the lovely boat ride, massage, food and hospitality! I truly had a healing and wonderful weekend! Thanks for all the love and kindness.

Liliana and MG! Thank you so much for allowing me to experience this amazing retreat. To be around such authentic powerful women and to share the most vulnerable parts of me was amazing! The breathing and sound bowl class with Anoop was a memorable experience I will not soon forget. Allowing us to see our younger self stirred up many emotions providing for a much needed release. The time at the beach and in the forest continued to bring energy that was experienced all weekend… I must mention the amazing cooking skills of MG. It was like I was at a Michelin star restaurant for each meal ♡. Everything was so delicious. The conversations over meals were extremely real and so good for the soul. This weekend was so needed and will not be soon forgotten!

Liliana, this space is the perfect setting for the high vibrational healing that takes place here. The zen labyrinth was something (like everything here) that Liliana put such love, intention and magic into! I love the memorial in honour of Jeremie. I can’t even begin to articulate what a sacred, holy and spiritual transformation I have experienced during my time here. I feel so blessed to have experienced this retreat at this point in my life. It was definitely Divine Timing! Thank you Liliana and M.G.

Thank you so much Liliana and MG. This spiritual retreat was an amazing experience. I have totally felt the divine presence and know that I am on the right path. I felt the healing presence of love, compassion and kindness from both of you and know that this will stay with me for a lifetime. You both are just magical and your energy felt authentic and real. I release a lot of my fears and self doubt and know that I am a walking miracle. God has created a masterpiece in myself and I must always remember this. I have been on this spiritual journey to be more self aware of my surroundings and to know that I am on a mission to serve humanity.

Wow! What an experience. Lil and MG created such a warm caring and nurturing space for me to just unplug to reconnect with myself. They are truly earth angels! 

We are given a chance to process, ask and listen to ourselves, not be processed which is a huge change from so many other retreats and courses I have been to. It’s easy to listen to someone else tell you it’s a challenge to hear my own voice speak to me. I feel refreshed and I feel my purpose is recharged before I walked in the doors. I was doubting myself. I thought I couldn’t do it this week- it’s too hard, I was about to give up- again. But, I am so clear now that my journey is just starting!

Thank you Angels for guiding me here! Thank you Universe for answering my fears! Thank you Lil and MG for creating this space and just being present.

I loved coming on this retreat, it was so amazing, the food was divine! Everyone here is so positive and has just wonderful energy! Coming on this retreat it has taught me to embrace spirituality, to be more connected with my loved ones who passed away and to talk to them. This retreat has really helped me in many ways and I really want to come back. It is so peaceful up here, there is no light pollution, you can see all the stars at night. Such a beautiful place to stay. After this retreat I am truly inspired!

Liliana & MG, I’m feeling so blessed to have spent the weekend at Sacred Triage with my best girlfriends/sisters. I was looking to be reconnected with my spirit, guides and I accomplished that and so much more! I’ve been reconnected to my spirituality and discovered my power. I am firmly grounded to the earth and connected to all living things. I have found clarity in my purpose and confidence/faith that I can create it all! I was also reminded that I have the Divine Light within me.Your loving safe energy is so special. What you provide is definitely sacred, and I’m sad to leave. And, I will be back! Love you always.

Our stay at this charming cottage was a perfect retreat for creating our family memories.

Upon arrival, we were greeted with a beautiful welcome basket, a gesture that immediately made us feel at home.


The owner, Liliana, was incredibly hospitable. She was readily accessible for any questions or needs throughout our stay. The detailed manual provided invaluable insights into both the cottage and the local area, making our exploration smooth and enjoyable.

Tucked away in a serene location, it offered the perfect blend of tranquility and fun. If you’re seeking a place that combines a great location, comfortable accommodations, privacy, and heartfelt hospitality, look no further

Our family thoroughly enjoyed spending a few tranquil and relaxed days at this charming, rustic log home. Just a couple of minutes walking distance to the beach; we enjoyed spending time swimming, collecting beautiful stones and watching the absolutely stunning sunsets. Being surrounded by nature, especially all of the calming trees, truly instilled a rejuvenating, grounding experience. This is a wonderful location to explore walking trails in the forests and enjoying beach front areas. It was truly a wonderful time spent as a family. A perfect destination to get away from the hustle and bustle of hectic life, slow down and be in the present moment. I highly recommend going for a visit! We’ll definitely be back for sure.

During my stay, the host’s warmth and hospitality truly stood out, making me feel right at home. The accommodation itself was impeccable, offering a cozy and well-equipped space for a relaxing retreat. What truly enhanced my experience were the diverse activities organized by the host, adding a special touch to my trip.

While the only drawback was the limited and rocky beach within walking distance, the sandy beach was a 10-minute drive. Overall, I highly recommend this for a delightful stay with a fantastic host, a comfortable setting, and a variety of enjoyable activities.

I would like to take this moment to thank Liliana and MG for a great weekend retreat. I feel blessed to be around such powerful women, I felt loved, care and positive vibes from everyone.  I know this friendship will last for a lifetime. The excursions, the conversations and the food remembered.

What an incredible WEEKEND! This is my first ever Sacred Healing ♡ Retreat and I am still mesmerized by the experience! Thank you for making my healing process soothing! I am forever grateful for the connections I made with myself, the people at the retreat, Mother Earth and foremost GOD. Liliana Thank you for your divine guidance and leadership! Your intuitive message was just what I needed. Thank you. MG your Soulful cooking is to die for! Never once did I feel bloated. The passion you put into creating these meals were godly! For me this retreat was to connect with my spirituality in order to explore what is possible, and foremost to heal myself so that I can then heal others as a healer. The atmosphere in this home is full of love and support and all is created by these two beautiful souls from their hearts and their experiences in the spiritual world as healers. Both Liliana and MG are so warm and loving and there is nothing they wouldn’t do for your comfort and healing. The food prepared by MG was delicious, nutritious and her love was infused into every dish- I loved that she sang while she cooked! Liliana is quirky and sweet and it is wonderful to see the love between these two women and how they support one another. I personally found healing, peace and so much insight and I will definitely be back! Love you Both!

What a beautiful weekend with these beautiful ladies. It was exactly what I needed even though I didn’t really know what it was that I actually needed. They knew. Everything happened the way it needed to. It was a cold and somewhat rainy weekend but it didn’t matter. We experienced all that was necessary and MG and Liliana tailored it accordingly.

The food! → Amazing… and I never once felt bloated or truly “full”,  yet we ate a lot. I need MG’s Hummus recipe! 

The excursions→ I’ve learned to look at nature differently, experience it differently, feel the energy go through me. And also just be with it and enjoy it, and keep my eyes open for signs and messages. 

The conversations → Hearing stories, sharing stories, learning about my spirit and what it needs to heal from and focus on was unexplainable. I was able to take away a lot of understanding of myself through this and that I need to make myself a priority and focus on loving myself for the whole, perfect person I am. 

I’ve been on my journey for a short while now and this experience has been a pivotal moment in my journey. I’m healing!

To MG and Liliana… You are both amazing people and healers. The love and energy that I felt this weekend was like nothing I’ve ever felt before. Thank you for welcoming us with such love and for the hospitality that made me feel spoiled. I adore both of you and appreciate all you have provided me with!

I really liked it when we went on the boat, it was fun. I really liked the fire, the smores and the roasted marshmallows.

M.G. and Liliana, I truly believe I found my source and magic again here with you guys. From the moment I arrived, I felt my higher power and all my guides from the other side waiting to see me. Now I know I am ready for what God has planned for me. I met my grandmother again who passed away earlier this year and I see she is always going to be with me. The food was amazing!!! I felt like I was in heaven and this place has such a clearing and foundational energy for one to discover themselves. Thank you for your LOVE. As the pen I found said ” this is just the beginning.

We were at this retreat as a family after the sudden and devastating loss of our son and brother Michael in February 2020. We needed this much required time for healing both our physical and emotional souls. As a past participant of these magical retreats myself at least 4 times and my daughter joined me on one, I can say by far this one was the one that meant the most. We also received the most. Per usual MG’s cooking was Beard award a Michellin star worthy of both tasty and healing cuisine and Liliana with her guidance on the boat, my family may be returning again and again. Liliana and MG we Love you and are blessed to have you in our Lives. May God continue to bless you Always!
